This double-sided t-shirt commemorates the New Haven 20 Kilometer Road Race that took place on Labor Day in 1982. The race was run in Branford, Connecticut which is located on Long Island Sound in New Haven County. The back of the shirt features an advertisement for the race's sponsor Head to Toe Pro Shop in Branford, meanwhile the front of the shirt features a cartoon graphic from the Pulitzer Prize winning comic strip artist Garry Trudeau. Trudeau is best known for his comic strip Doonesbury, and he also went on to become an executive producer for the Amazon series Alpha House. Trudeau was the first comic strip artist to ever be awarded a Pulitzer and also received recognition from the National Cartoonist Society, earning both the Newspaper Comic Strip Award and the Reuben Award in the mid 90s.

The tag says medium but this shirt fits like a modern unisex adult small.
