This loose-leaf binder is from the brand Trapper Keeper produced my Mead, which was popular with students in the 1970s through the 1990s. The binder got its name because it was sold with special three-hole punched pocket folders called "Trappers", which were designed to prevent papers from falling out of the pockets when it was closed. This Trapper Keeper is from the brand's Designer Series, which were released between 1988 and 1995. It features an green and yellow bubble design on the outside and includes sliding plastic rings, a notebook pocket, a note pad, a pencil clip and Velcro tab closure.
This is a deadstock, unused Trapper Keeper, but has a small spot, see pic. It does not include folders.
