This yellow shirt is from the Hoover Dam on the Colorado river between the border of Nevada and Arizona. The dam was first constructed between 1931 to 1936 during the Great Depression. Originally called the Boulder Dam, it had its name changed by President Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1947 after the former President Herbert Hoover. The shirt has a blue ringer collar and blue stripes down the sleeves.

The tag says large but this shirt fits a modern unisex adult medium.
