This ringer has a graphic on the back that says "KIKK Up Truck" with an image of a man in a pick up truck, towing a horse. KIKK is a radio station in Houston. In the 70s and 80s, it played primarily country music. It had a cult following, and many people had bumper stickers and other merchandise with puns like "KIKK up truck". 

Tags says large, but this shirt fits like a modern unisex adult medium.
