This 80s graphic t-shirt features the "Stooge in the Middle," Larry, from the hit vaudeville comedy trio, The Three Stooges. The original group consisted of Larry Fine and Moe Howard, and alternated between Shemp and Curly Howard for the role of Curly. Larry's birth name is Louis Feinberg, a Philadelphia-native. His trademarks on the show included his hair, as shown on this tee, and its unruly ways. He was often the most reasonable of the group, receiving the backend of Moe's anger and Curly's immaturity.
Their short films showcased the Stooges at the peak of their slapstick humor and physical farce comedy, released from 1935 and 1941. The Stooges didn't shy away from making statements on class disparities in the U.S. after the Great Depression. During WWII, their satire of Axis leaders garnered them a following at a time when the U.S. was still neutral.
Tag says large but this fits like a modern unisex adult medium. It has a large repair on the back, see pic.
