This awesome vintage heavy metal tee proudly declares that "Motley Crue fans are the best f**ck the rest". The shirt celebrates the band's iconic 1989 album Dr. Feelgood and it sports the same artwork as the album's cover. This was the group's fifth studio album and their first to ever reach the top position on the Billboard 200.

Prior to Dr. Feelgood, the band's struggle with addiction had gone completely off the rails. Their managers at the time, Doug Thaler and Doc McGhee, actually barred the band from embarking on a scheduled European tour as they feared that some of them might "come back in bodybags" if at all. After a trip to rehab, the group recorded their parts for the new album separately to minimize infighting and concentrate on individual performance. The result was what most critics and fans consider to be Motley Crue's most noteworthy album.

The second track released off the album was "Kickstart My Heart" which peaked at the No. 27 spot on the Billboard Hot 100. The song was written about the near-death experience of bassist Nikki Sixx. The musician claimed that the song's title phrase was a reference to the six shots of adrenaline that were injected into his heart by a paramedic, after a heroin overdose in 1987.
