This amazing vintage rock tee is for the legendary band Pink Floyd from their 1987 tour to promote their thirteenth studio album, A Momentary Lapse of Reason. The album was the recorded primarily at David Gilmour's converted houseboat, and it was the first album ever released by the band not to feature Roger Waters, as he had left the group in 1985. A Momentary Lapse in Reason also saw the return of the band's founding keyboardist, Richard Wright. Despite some mixed critical reviews, the album reached number three on the charts in both the US and UK. It included the singles ""Learning to Fly"/ "Terminal Frost", "On the Turning Away", and "One Slip".
After Water's departure, Gilmour assured him that the rest of the band would continue on under the Pink Floyd name, however Waters was rather dismissive of these claims. There were subsequent legal battles over the rights to the band name, and during the 1987 tour Waters issued a writ for copyright fees when he found that the band was using the infamous flying pig for their performances. In retaliation, they attached a large set of male genitalia to the pig to differientiate it from Waters' original design.
