This American history tee shows a graphic of the Battle of Fort Sumter in 1861, regarded as the official beginning of the Civil War.

The fort located in Charleston, South Carolina was occupied by the U.S. Army, and controlled the entrance to the Charleston Harbor. The Confederate States Army outnumbered the Union soldiers on Fort Sumter, and after 34 hours of gunfire, Major Robert Anderson of the U.S. Army evacuated the area.

This shirt shows Fort Sumter defeated in the distance, as the Confederate soldiers reload their ammunition.

This shirt fits like a modern unisex adult medium.
