This vintage tee commemorates the iconic boxing match between Hector Camacho and Roberto Duran in 1996. The fighters went head to head at the Taj Mahal in Atlantic City, New Jersey and certainly drew a crowd.

The drama leading up to the Camacho vs. Duran their June 22 fight is often spotlighted when spectators recall the event. During a news conference to officially announce their fight, the men got into a scuffle. Trash talking, intimidation tactics, and small scuffles are not uncommon during these meetings. The drama gets fans pumped up for fight day.

With Camacho and Duran, it seemed like the classic case of the young buck vs the seasoned hunter. Camacho, 33, of Puerto Rico had allegedly been mouthing off to the media about Duran, 44. At the press conference, Camacho was delivering the typical trash talk, saying he was going to beat Duran in the scheduled fight.

Duran seemed fed up with the banter and challenged him right then and there. A scuffle ensued, young Camacho shed a little blood, dropped a few tears, and was overall shaken up. Duran was unscathed. Young buck, Hector Camaro, was able to back all his talking in the ring at the Taj Mahal, though, defeating the five-time world champion Roberto Duran in a historic matchup.
