This rad shirt commemorates the Walt Disney World Marathon that took place on January 8, 1995. The marathon is an annual event that happens every January and this was actually only the second running, since the event was founded in 1994. The main race of the weekend-long event is of course the marathon but there's also a 5k, 10k, and half marathon. In 1995, two course records were set that still stand. Russian runner Leonid Shvetsov finished at 2:11:50 and Hungarian runner Judit Nagy set finished at 2:31:54, setting the men's and women's records respectively.
