This cool tee is from the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles. The games were known fondly as LA84,  and this shirt was made for the tennis events that took place at the L.A. Tennis Center at UCLA. Tennis was one of the demonstration sports played at LA84, meaning it was played as part of a campaigning for it to be represented in future Olympics. The following Summer Olympics in Seoul would see the official return of tennis to the Olympics, after it was initially excluded in 1924.  While there were no medals awarded for tennis in 1984, Sweden did win the men's singles tournament, while West Germany dominated the women's singles.
