This sweet shirt is a souvenir from the 4th National Explorer Delegate Conference that was held at Colorado State University in the summer of 1968. In 1949, the boy Scouts of America chose to consolidate their senior programs outside of Sea and Air Scouts, into a group called the Explorer Scouts. A few years after the it was later renamed to the Exploring program, the BSA then chose to hold the group's first National Exploring Conference. The 1968 event actually wound up being the last, as after that the National Explorer President's Congress was established.

Fits like a modern unisex adult small. There are some small holes, see pics.
