This sweet shirt is totally blank on the front, but that back has a cool graphic that commemorates a 1982 event called the "Eastwind III". There's not a lot of info detailing exactly what the Eastwind involved, but judging by the graphic it may have been a local beach volleyball event sponsored by Ocean Pacific. This vintage tee was made by Ocean Pacific, and the figure on the back can be seen sporting the OP logo on his swim trunks. The graphic also incorporates what looks to be the names of some other businesses that may have been involved, including King Kat TV, Nick's Liquor, and Ace Charter Limousines.

Fits like a modern unisex adult medium. There is some light discoloration, see pics.
