This awesome shirt pays tribute to the late comedian Sam Kinison, and it commemorates his second stand up album, Have You Seen Me Lately? Kinison was the son of a Pentecostal preacher, who originally sought to become a preacher himself. Funnily enough, Kinison had little stage presence during his sermons, and he abandoned preaching after he divorced his first wife.
At the start of the 80s, Kinison moved to Los Angeles and wound up working as the doorman to the Comedy Store. He got his big break a few years later, when he performed on Rodney Dangerfield's Ninth Annual Young Comedians Special on HBO. Kinison became known for his intense delivery that included his signature animalistic scream. His album Have You Seen Me Lately? was released in 1988, and it earned him a Grammy nomination for Best Comedy Album.
Fits like a modern unisex adult large. There are small holes along the bottom seam, and a run in the right underarm, see pics.
