This cool v-neck tee reps the Blue Max Top Fuel funny car, which used to be driven by Raymond Beadle. The Blue Max was built from a Ford Mustang by Harry Schmidt, and throughout the 70s the car became well known among drag racing fans. With Beadle behind the wheel, the Blue Max became a formidable opponent for Don Prudhomme and his Shelby Super Snake. It even surpassed Prudhomme's dominance, and earned three consecutive NHRA Funny Car National Championships.
