This sweet 70s tee features an iron on graphic of Paul Newman and Robert Redford in the 1969 western film, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. This beloved feature was directed by George Roy Hill and based loosely on the true story of a pair of Wild West outlaws. Since its debut the film has been selected for preservation in the US National Film Registry.

George Roy Hill directed another buddy film starring the duo of Redford and Newman, called The Sting only a few years later, demonstrating that he obviously enjoyed working with th pair. Despite this, a story from set recounts that Newman sawed Hill's desk in half during filming because the director refused to pay him back for all the liquor he borrowed from Newman's office.
