This awesome vintage ringer features an iron on graphic of English singer-songwriter David Bowie. With a career that spanned over five decades, Bowie was one of the most beloved and influential musicians to emerge out of the 20th century, and he garnered just as much attention for his unique visuals as he did for his musical talents. The iron on featured on this tee depicts a portrait of Bowie, and judging by the makeup shown in the portrait, the graphic is most likely based off an image taken from the music video for his song "Ashes to Ashes".

"Ashes to Ashes" was the lead single off of Bowie's 1980 album Scary Monsters (and Super Creeps). The track's music video was co-directed by Bowie himself, alongside David Mallet, and at the time it was released, it was the most expensive music video ever made. In the video Bowie portrays several different characters including a clown similar to the Pierrot character found in Italian pantomime. This shirt showcases his Pierrot makeup, which was applied by Richard Sharah, a friend of Visage member, Steve Strange.

Fits like a modern unisex adult small. There are small spots and the graphic feels like it is peeling a little, see pics.
