This cool vintage marathon tee proudly says, "I ran for the Honolulu Symphony 1981". The shirt was likely made to honor one of the multiple fun runs that have been held in honor of the Honolulu Symphony Orchestra in Hawaii. There's been evidence of the symphony holding annual running events under the title Opus, in the 80s and 90s. This shirt also has a graphic on the sleeve for the Hawaiian AM radio station KKUA, which used to broadcast top 40 hits in the early 80s.
The tag says small but this shirt fits like a modern women's adult extra small.
