This vintage tee pays tribute to the original Blonde Bombshell, Marilyn Monroe and it features a portrait of the beloved actress from the Roger Richman Agency. Marilyn was a top-billed actress for only a decade, but her legacy extended far past both her career and her death in 1962. She was one of the most iconic sex symbols of the 1950s and became a leading figure in the era's sexual revolution.

Monroe appeared in several films in the early 50s before it was revealed that she had posed for nude photos prior to her rise to fame. Rather than damaging her career, this scandal spurred more interest in her films. Over time, Monroe became tired of being typecast and underpaid by the studio, which inspired her to found her own film production company in 1954. She spent much of 1955 building her company and studying her craft under Lee Starsberg at the Actor's Studio, and was eventually offered a new contract by Fox, which gave her a larger salary and more control.

Some of Marilyn's most beloved films include Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, How to Marry a Millionaire, The Seven Year Itch, and Some Like It Hot. Her last film before her death was the drama The Misfits.
