This awesome black vintage t-shirt is a concert tee from the 1989 North American leg of the Rolling Stones Steel Wheels tour. The front of the t-shirt shows a portrait of the band while the back has a cool neon poster design for the tour. Both the tour and the album were seen as huge comebacks for the Stones and the album is associated with the reconciliation between lead singer Mick Jagger and guitarist Keith Richards.
Steel Wheels would be the last full length Stones album that bassist Bill Wyman would record. Along with the release of the album, the band released the singles "Mixed Emotions", "Rock and a Hard Place", "Almost Hear You Sigh", and "Terrifying". The Rolling Stones went on a gigantic supporting tour for their album starting in August of 1989 in coordination with their last major hit single "Mixed Emotions", which charted at No. 5. The tour helped the album reach the 3rd position on the US Billboard 200, and receive a 2-Time Platinum certification.
