This sweet double sided shirt celebrates sprint car racing, and more specifically it refers to dirt track racing as "America's #1 Sport". The front graphic has a sprint car decorated with the word "outlaw" in honor of the World of Outlaws. This touring dirt track racing series was started in 1978 by former midget racer, Ted Johnson, who saw a need for a national series that catered specifically to sprint cars. This shirt was made in the 80s, when the competition was dominated by Steve Kinser of Karl Kinser Racing.
