This awesome double-sided shirt is for the beloved English reggae band, UB40. This shirt celebrates their seventh studio album, Rat in the Kitchen, which included the UK hits, "Sing Our Own Song" and "Rat in Mi Kitchen". The album was released in the summer of 1986, just two years after the band was nominated for the Brit Award for Best British Group. It was also around this time that the group's popularity spread to the US. This was largely thanks to their album Labour of Love, which featured a collection of covers, including one of their best known hits, "Red Red Wine". 

Rat in the Kitchen was followed by a self-titled album released in 1988. This album included another hit cover, this time "Breakfast in Bed" by Dusty Springfield, and the record was also nominated for the Grammy Award for Best Reggae Album. With more than 50 songs on the UK Singles Chart, the group's success continued well into the 2000s.
