This awesome long sleeved band tee is for Murphy's Law, and the design comes from the early 90s, around the time the band released their album The Best of Times. Murphy's Law is a New York hardcore band that was originally founded in 1982, but unlike many of their NYHC peers such as Youth of Today and Gorilla Biscuits, Murphy's Law has centered their lyrics around the joys of drinking, smoking, and partying. This deviation from the straight edge themes that many NYHC bands are known for, have made Murphy's Law one of New York's most legendary party bands.
The band's early releases were undeniably hardcore punk in style, with a heavy, fast-paced sound and plenty of mosh sections. During the early 90s, they started to branch out and experiment with ska, funk, and reggae influences. This was definitely exemplified on their album The Best of Times, which was produced by John "Norwood" and Phillip "Fish" Fisher of the band Fishbone. Murphy's Law actually has long history of working with a variety of talented musicians that span across a wide range of genres, including musicians that have also worked with Danzig, The Bouncing Souls, Cro-Mags, New York Dolls, and Joan Jett & the Blackhearts.
Fits like a modern unisex adult XXL or 2XL. There are tiny holes on the front and back, see pics.
