This cool tee reps the professional basketball team the Clippers, and it was made during he franchise's brief stint in San Diego. Originally founded as the Buffalo Braves in 1970, the team moved to San Diego before they ever made it to Los Angeles. San Diego had been without an NBA franchise since the San Diego Rockets had been relocated to Houston, and the city was happy to welcome the Clippers in 1978.

The Clippers wound up experiencing a lot of turmoil during their time in San Diego, mainly thanks to their new owner Donald Sterling, who purchased the team in the early 80s. It was Sterling who eventually moved the team to LA, despite being denied permission from the NBA. This prompted pending lawsuits from both sides, but despite disagreements between Sterling and the league, the Clippers began playing in Los Angeles for the 1984-1985 season.

The tag says large but this shirt fits like a modern unisex adult medium. There's light discoloration throughout, and a small hole on the side, see pics.
