This awesome tee was made to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the United States of America. Although the tag label is too faded to read, this looks to have been printed on a popular Velva Sheen design from the 70s, which featured raglan sleeves patterned with red, white, and blue stars and stripes. The shirt also has an illustration of a bald eagle with the Latin motto, "E pluribus unum".
The US Bicentennial involved an epic series of celebrations held throughout the country. Many cities and towns held their own local events to honor the occasion, but there were also several major observances that attracted the attention of the entire nation. This included things like the national tour of the American Freedom Train, and Operation Sail, which saw tall ships from around the globe participate in a Grand Parade of Sailing Ships.
Fits like a modern unisex adult large. There are some spots, see pics.
