This awesome double sided shirt comes straight from the world of Magnum P.I. This shirt was made in the 80s to resemble a promotional tee for the helicopter charter company, Island Hoppers. The fictional company was prominently featured in the popular crime drama series, which starred Tom Selleck as the titular character, Thomas Magnum. The series was set on the beautiful island of Oahu in Hawaii, and Island Hoppers was based on the numerous real life companies that would offer helicopter tours around the area.

Both the front and back of this tee feature an MD Helicopters MD 500, which was the series of aircraft used to portray the Island Hoppers. In the show, the company was owned by Magnum's buddy, former marine Theodore "T.C." Calvin, who was portrayed by Roger E. Mosley, and the hoppers were integral to helping Magnum solve various crimes.
