This ad campaign was launched in the late 70s, and it featured a variety of professional athletes promoting the soft drink. The athletes were featured on a series of collectible posters and included stars like Magic Johnson, Sugar Ray Leonard, Larry Bird, Mike Schmidt, and George Brett.

The says medium but this shirt fits like a modern unisex adult small. There are some light spots on the front and the left shoulder when wearing, see pics.
