This awesome shirt pays tribute to the English post punk band, The Psychedelic Furs. This shirt features the artwork used for the band's debut single, "We Love You". The track preceded the release of their self-titled debut album in 1980, and by that point the group had become a sextet consisting of Richard and Tim Butler, John Ashton, Vince Ely, Roger Morris, and Duncan Kilburn.
While "We Love You" only made it to No. 77 on the Billboard Club Play Singles chart, the album reached No. 18 in the UK, and it gained the band significant radio play in Europe. It was actually the follow up to The Psychedelic Furs, that allowed the group to breach the American market. Their 1981 release, Talk Talk Talk became their first album on the Billboard 200, and it also spawned two charting singles "Dumb Waiters" and "Pretty in Pink". The latter became the inspiration behind the John Hughes film of the same name, and the band re-recorded the song in 1986 for the movie's soundtrack.
Fits like a modern unisex adult medium. There's some light discoloration and a hole near the right underarm when wearing, see pics.
