This awesome distressed tee is from Pearl Jam's 1993 tour promoting their second studio album Vs. This tour focused mostly on the West Coast. The band premiered several songs from their upcoming third album Vitalogy on the tour.

Pearl Jam formed from the ashes of Seattle based grunge precursor, Mother Love Bone. Stone Gossard, Jeff Ament, and Mike McCready had all played in bands and were all embracing the Seattle sound. They decided to asked Red Hot Chili Peppers' former drummer Jack Irons if he knew any drummers or vocalists in Southern California who might be a good fit for their sound. Irons showed their demo to Eddie Vedder and Pearl Jam was formed.

Pearl Jam has cited many rock bands as influences, The Who, Neil Young, The Rolling Stones and Jimi Hendrix.
