This awesome kid's tee celebrates two incredible superhero teams from the 90s, the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and the X-Men. Despite both teams being notably popular in the 90s, the two never met in any official crossovers, but they were both produced by the same media company, Saban Entertainment. Saban was responsible for both The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and X-Men: The Animated Series, which were each part of the Fox Kids programming block.
This created a lot of shared interest between the two franchises, and it also encouraged Marvel Comics to release their own Power Rangers comic book series. Even before Marvel took over the license, Hamilton Comics produced a Power Rangers series that debuted in a double issue pack with X-Men Vol. 2 #1.
