This awesome shirt promotes one of MTV's most memorable programs from the early 2000s, Punk'd. This hidden camera prank show was hosted by one of the era's favorite hearthrobs, Ashton Kutcher, who was known around that time for his portrayal of Michael Kelso on That 70's Show. Initially Kutcher and MTV had plans to create a prank show that preyed upon everyday people, but when that concept led to a troubling lawsuit, the premise was tweaked to target celebrities instead.
The show debuted in 2003, the same year as several other iconic MTV reality programs, including Made, Viva La Bam, and Wildboyz. Punk'd originally aired for eight seasons on MTV, before the series was later rebooted. However, one of the show's most iconic pranks remains one of its earliest. Teens of the 2000s will likely remember the pilot, during which Justin Timberlake was brought to tears, after he was led to think that he owed $900,000 in back taxes to the IRS. The pop singer's sincere reaction had audiences glued to their televisions, proving that MTV had struck gold.
Fits like a modern unisex adult large. There are some light spots on the front, see pics.
