This vintage tourist jersey tee hails from Las Vegas, Nevada, 1985, honored by the number 85 on the front of the jersey. Las Vegas experienced rapid expansion beginning in the 1930s until the 2000s, resulting in the booming resort business, condominiums, as well as single-family homes in the surrounding neighborhoods. It's "megaresort era" began in 1989 with the construction of the Mirage by developer Steve Wynn, the first resort built with Wall Street money.
