This cool vintage tie-dyed shirt was made back in the 90s using a red toned dye that resulted in a cool pink and white design. The shirt looks like it was created using a sunburst technique to create several tiny bullseye like patterns on the shirt. This is done by gathering the shirt into small bunches where you want the bullseyes to appear.
