This awesome double-sided concert tee celebrates the iconic heavy metal band White Zombie, and the shirt commemorates the band's 1992 tour, which promoted the release of their third album La Sexorcisto: Devil Music Volume One. The album was a critical and commercial success and a huge turning point in the band's career. The group had started as a noise rock band created by Rob Zombie and his girlfriend at the time, Sean Yseult. The name of the group was inspired by the 1932 Bela Lugosi film White Zombie, which many people considered to be the first true zombie movie.
La Sexorcisto was released by Geffen Records and it was the band's first album on a major label. The popularity of the album resulted in a two-and-a-half-year long tour, during which they played with a plethora of different groups including Pantera, Megadeth, Danzig, Suicidal Tendencies, and Anthrax. The album featured two hit singles "Thunder Kiss '65" and "Black Sunshine". The music videos for both songs received heavy airplay on MTV's Headbangers Ball and were also featured on the television series Beavis and Butt-head, boosting the band's popularity even further.
The group recorded one last album before disbanding. Astro Creep: 2000 was released in 1995 and it featured the hit song "More Human Than Human". The album resulted in another lengthy tour in which they played with groups like Reverend Horton Heat, Everclear, Toadies, Metallica, Soundgarden, and The Ramones. After that the band broke up and Zombie went on to pursue a successful solo career while Yseult played for the surf rock band The Famous Monsters.
