This sweet shirt pays tribute to one of the three original Nicktoons that aired on Nickelodeon in the 90s, The Ren & Stimpy Show, and the shirt says "Don't touch that dial". Unlike its fellow inaugural Nicktoons, Rugrats and Doug, Ren & Stimpy became infamous for its dark humor, sexual innuendo, and animated violence, all of which helped it to gain a cult following among adult viewers.

The show was created by John Kricfalusi, who also provided the original voice of Ren. After just a year, Kricfalusi was removed from the project, as Nickelodeon took issue with his lax treatment of deadlines and off-color episode ideas. They offered him a position as a"consultant" for the show, but he turned it down, saying that he refused to "sell out". Marvel comics artist, Bob Camp took over as director, although many fans felt the show just wasn't the same after Kricfalusi's departure. Still, Ren & Stimpy remains fondly remembered as a controversial but iconic series from the early days of Nickelodeon.
