This awesome youth tee was made by a brand called Primo sometime in the 1990s. The shirt's copyright attributes it to Primo Designs Inc., which was the name of a custom screen printing business based in Springfield, Illinois. In addition to these youth, workwear-inspired shirts, Primo tags can be found in licensed merchandise for properties like Batman and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

The graphic on this tee features Cyrillic script that reads, "Factory Work" and, underneath in English, it says "Hard Wear." The design of the tee seems to be a parody on Soviet Union-era propaganda posters. The art style, called constructivism, was developed by early 20th century Russian artists Vladimir Tatlin and Alexander Rodchenko. The slogan promoting factory work hearkens back to old propaganda posters that encouraged the industrialization and development of the USSR.

Fits like a modern unisex youth large. Light spots on the shoulder, see pics.
