This vintage button down was made all the way back in the 1950s. The shirt has the name John Cutrone chain stitched onto the front, and it also has a loop collar and two buttoned chest pockets. This shirt looks to be a bowling shirt made for one of the members of the Elk's Lodge in San Fernando, California. The Elks are a special members organization also known as the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks or BPOE, which is included on the patch sewn onto the back of this shirt. Also sewn onto the back are the words San Fernando and the lodge number 1539.

Fits like a modern unisex adult small. This shirt has some spots and a hole in the shoulder, see pics.
