The race generally follows a loop around Long Beach, passing the Colorado Lagoon and Belmont Plaza Olympic Pool, with a midway point at Marine Stadium. The race is concluded on Shoreline Drive, making this a great race for spectators, because there are multiple points to choose from to watch.
