This event was designed as  part of a national campaign to promote police and community protection. The campaign was created by Matt Peskin, who was also the executive director of the National Association of Town Watch. This Night Out looks to have taken place in Tarrant County in Texas, and it involved a 5k run and 1 mile fun walk benefiting the area's "Kash for Kids" program.
