This white vintage t-shirt is from the 1960 Boy Scouts of America National Jamboree. The graphic from the event is of the BSA Fleur-De-Lis and commemorates the organization's 50th anniversary. The Jamboree took place in Colorado Springs. The National Scout Jamboree is an event which first took place in Washington D.C. in 1937. The event is typically held every four years and it attracts thousands of scouts from around the United States. The theme of the 1960 Jamboree was "For God and Country"

Tradionally the jamboree features both an opening and closing show that is designed to promote scouting brotherhood, and that features celebrity performances. Over the years some guests have included The Oak Ridge Boys, The Beach Boys, Roy Rogers, Dale Evans, Bob Hope, Sgt. Slaughter, and Mike Rowe.

The tag says large but this shirt fits like a modern unisex adult medium. This shirt is deadstock, unworn. There is some discoloration, see pics.
