This awesome shirt celebrates nu metal pioneers, Korn, and the shirt is from around the time that the band released their 1996 album Life is Peachy. After the band released their self-titled debut album in 1994, the group toured extensively to try and grow a sizable fan base. Their hard work paid off, as they managed to garner enough of a following that Life is Peachy wound up becoming a significant breakthrough album for the band. It even managed to sell 106,000 copies in the US during its first week, and it peaked at the number three spot on the Billboard 200.
The band continued to boost their success through touring by launching the Life is Peachy Tour, which featured Limp Bizkit as their opening act. They then supported Metallica on their Poor Touring Me Tour before they were invited to join the lineup for Lollapalooza 1997. Life is Peachy's follow up, Follow the Leader, wound up being an even bigger success, and it included the singles "Got the Life" and "Freak on a Leash", which became the first songs to have their music videos retired from Total Request Live on MTV, due to their intense popularity.
Fits like a modern unisex adult Extra Large. This shirt is distressed with a spot near the graphic and several holes along the bottom, see pics.
