This shirt is an amazing token from the Monticello Railway Museum in Illinois. Represented here is the Wabash #1189, the last of the F7A locomotives built for the Wabash Railroad in 1953. The Wabash #1189 was donated to the museum in the 1980s where it became a popular piece of their collection. As of 1995, this particular locomotive was restored to full working condition and it is just one of several engines that continue to operate at the museum.
