This awesome tee is a unique find from the early days of the Free Speech Coalition. Established in 1991, the FSC is a non-profit trade association that was created to protect those involved in the sex industry. It was born out of the Free Speech Legal Defense Fund, which was created in response to ongoing attacks from the Bush administration. As adult entertainment distributors and manufacturers came under attack for selling "obscene material", the FSC was created to fight the passage and enforcement of censorship and obscenity laws.

This shirt has a cartoon graphic dated 1992 and signed by an artist named simply "Sean". It shows three promiscuously dressed young women sinking a golf ball with the caption "Sink Censorship". While the three women appear to be random, they do bear a resemblance to a few risqué comic book characters, most notably the titular star of Larry Welz' s Cherry Poptart series. Cherry is no stranger to issues involving censorship, having served as a "spokesmodel" for the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund, a group with similar goals as the FSC, but with a focus on protecting comic creators and sellers.

It's also likely not a coincidence that the young women are depicted gathered around the 18th hole. In Cherry Poptart #2, Welz actually made a point of establishing that all the characters in the comic were 18 or older. Around the time the FSC was created, there were a lot of concerns regarding explicit materials depicting minors thanks to the Child Protection and Obscenity Enforcement Act of 1988. As part of their mission to protect the adult entertainment industry, the FSC worked tirelessly with creators to ensure industry compliance, and this shirt seems to give a cheeky nod to their hard work.

Fits like a modern unisex adult Extra Large. There is a small hole on the back, see pics.
