This awesome tee promotes a world tour for the fictional heavy metal band, Timmy and the Lords of the Underworld. This group was introduced during a season 4 episode of South Park called "Timmy 2000". In typical South Park fashion, Trey Parker and Matt Stone wrote the episode as a satire of current events, and the main plot poked fun at the Ritalin class-action lawsuits, which accused the pharmaceutical company Novartis of purposefully trying to push Ritalin sales.

The actual plot of the episode became much less memorable than Timmy and the Lords of the Underworld, and their eponymous hit song. A few months after the episode aired, "Timmy and the Lords of the Underworld" was released as a single, and it also became a playable song in the video game Rock Band.
