This awesome double-sided shirt was made by the iconic surfwear brand Ocean Pacific. The shirt was made around the late 70s, when Ocean Pacific was still fairly new on the scene. The brand had originated as a surfboard manufacturer in the 60s, before the name was sold to Jim Jenks in 1972. Jenks then made the decision to covert OP into an apparel company with a focus on athletic wear geared toward surfers.
This shirt shows off a graphic of a windsurfer, and the sport of windsurfing gained popularity around about the same time as the OP brand. It was also developed in the 60s, and interest in the sport continued growing throughout the 1970s. By the following decade, windsurfing had become so popular that it was added to the Olympics in 1984.
Fits like a modern unisex adult large. There is a spot on the back of the left sleeve when wearing and some small holes along the bottom hem, see pics.
