This amazing vintage concert tee commemorates Pink Floyd's 1977 In the Flesh Tour, which was designed to promote the band's album, Animals. This shirt features an illustration of one of the band's most iconic images, a shot of their famous inflatable pig prop flying over Battersea Power Station in London. A photograph of this image was used for the cover of Animals, and the concept was conceived by the English design group Hipgnosis, the same creative minds behind the band's equally iconic The Dark Side of the Moon album cover.

In order to get a shot of the pig floating above the old power station, a photoshoot was scheduled with a marksman on hand to shoot the pig down once they were finished. Things went awry however, as a gust of wind turned the pig loose on London. The inflated animal ended up disrupting air travel out of Heathrow Airport before it finally landed on a farm in Kent. The pig has since become a seminal piece of Pink Floyd iconography.

The pig was present throughout the In the Flesh Tour, appearing during the band's performances of "Pigs (Three Different Ones)". It has since continued to be featured on various tours, and was even part of a copyright dispute between Roger Waters and the rest of the band. After Rogers left the group in the mid-80s, he took the image rights for the pig with him. However, an inflatable pig still appeared during the A Momentary Lapse of Reason Tour in 1987. The argument was that the pig used on this tour was distinctly different from the one Waters owned the rights to, as the band had clearly added a set of male genitalia to the animal.
