This cool raglan tee pays tribute to Sammy Hagar and it commemorates The Red Rocker Tour from 1983. Before gaining notoriety as the lead singer of Van Halen, Sammy Hagar enjoyed his own successful solo career, which began in the late 70s. Yet it wasn't until he was signed to Geffen Records that Hagar's solo career truly began to thrive. He released his first album under them in 1982, titled Standing Hampton. His next album, Three Lock Box wound up generating his first Top 40 hit,  "Your Love Is Driving Me Crazy", and his commercial success only continued from there.

The Red Rocker Tour was held a year before Hagar released what became his signature song "I Can't Drive 55". The song was featured on the album VOA, which was his last solo album released before he joined Van Halen. Hagar took over the band's lead vocals after the departure of David Lee Roth. Eddie Van Valen had been a big fan of Hagar's former band, Montrose, and the two wound up connecting thanks to their mutual car mechanic.

Fits like a modern unisex adult medium. This shirt is soft with several light spots throughout, see pics.
