This shirt is a wonderful souvenir from the 1984 Olympics hosted in Los Angeles. Levi's was the official outfitters for the United States athletes for the 1984 and 1980 Olympics. By the 80s the 130 year old American company, Levi's was heavily invested in creating a casual and sport look for modern Americans. So they were the perfect choice to clothe the USA team, especially with the games being held in Los Angeles. Levi's provided swag bags for the athletes with 54 different garments in it.

LA84, the game's nickname, was unique partially due to the advancement made in technology. Los Angeles being close to Silicon Valley made organizers want to progress the games in modern ways. Competitors were even presented with a very early version of email, though most never logged in.

Tag says XL but fits like a modern unisex adult large. Identical graphics on either sleeve.
