This humorous vintage tee features a graphic celebrating Mono Lake in Mono County, California. The shirt has an illustration from an artist named John Adams, who used to live in the nearby community of June Lake. This tee jokingly suggests that Mono Lake is the place to catch some impressive fish, with a reference to the Burger King slogan "home of the whopper..."  The graphic also depicts the lake's unique tufa tower structures, which are formed thanks to a chemical reaction between the alkaline lake and the freshwater from small surrounding springs. It also depicts several gnomes, which have played a reoccuring role in some of Adams' artwork, as the artist later published a children's book about gnomes living in the area.
