This awesome t-shirt is for the 1995 computer game, Microsoft Fury 3. The game was a flight simulator space shooter developed by Terminal Reality and it used to be playable on Windows 95 computers. In the game, players control a pilot working for an organization called the Terran Council of Peace, and the game shares several mechanics with Terminal Velocity although it is not a sequel. It also spawned an unofficial expansion pack called F!Zone which was produced by WizardWorks. A sequel to Fury3 was released in 1996 titled Hellbender.
